In collaboration with our parent company in Japan, our branches, and the European headquarters, the Legal & Compliance department ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines and provides legal advice to individual departments.

To support our team in Rosbach (near Frankfurt a.
M.), we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

You will support various business areas and departments of the company in questions related to contract, sales, and antitrust law, as well as general civil law.
You will assist with legal issues regarding the production and distribution of medical products (experience with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) is an advantage).
Active contract management: You will design and review the entire internal contract structure and handle legal questions in areas such as supply and distribution relationships, tenders, and collaborations.
You will create internal documentation and decision templates.
You will prepare and conduct negotiations in collaboration with the department management.
