Your tasks:

  • Calculation, planning and implementation, supervision, billing and technical completion of new construction and renovation projects in the district heating sector
  • Preparation of construction descriptions and performance specifications
  • Coordination of measures with the gas/water/electricity/telecommunications departments
  • Coordination of planned measures with the relevant authorities and AVG (tram and bus company)
  • Possible participation in on-call duty after appropriate training period

Your profile:

  • Completed degree as Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering in mechanical engineering or civil engineering or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the intended area of responsibility or in a comparable field is desirable
  • High level of responsibility, independence, initiative, assertiveness, teamwork and conflict management skills
  • Confident appearance in personal and written dealings with customers, authorities and external project partners
  • Good CAD knowledge or willingness to acquire it
  • Driver's license class B and full physical fitness for field work
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular working hours
  • Secure application of VOB, DVGW, RSA and other regulations
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Interest in professional and personal development
