For our dedicated team, we need additional support and are looking for a:

Employee (m/f/d) for our academy

part-time (20 hours/week)

Your tasks

You advise our valuable customers regarding upcoming (specialized) seminars, online seminars, lectures and trainings in the areas of homeopathy, aromatherapy and phytotherapy.
You participate in the diverse tasks of our academy, such as processing seminar and online seminar registrations, rebookings, invoicing, preparation of the academy room, welcoming the speakers, etc.
You maintain contact with our speakers and coordinate the necessary requirements for conducting the seminars/online seminars.
You accompany our seminars/online seminars (sometimes in the evenings and on weekends).

You enjoy interacting and communicating with our academy participants and representing our academy program to the public.
Your demeanor is professional and confident.
