The Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of real estate, its equipment, rental, and operation.

It is also responsible for organizing and conducting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them.

Comprehensive maintenance of technical systems (first-level support)
General caretaker tasks
Support in event management (planning service providers through a software tool, accompanying service providers, e.g. furnishing various event and conference rooms, ensuring the proper condition of all furniture in the event area)
Successfully completed vocational training
