Job Description:


  • Responsible for leading a team in the areas of transport systems, service, and design support
  • Active communication within and across projects and departments, including interface management
  • Management, planning, and coordination of all projects assigned to the team
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and reporting
  • Supervising and developing team members
  • Ensuring and improving processes for mechanical design

Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably in Production Technology or Automotive Engineering)
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in mechanical engineering and plant construction
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Proficient in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Organizational skills and strong communication abilities
