As a team, you ensure the care, support, and development of the children and adolescents in their daily lives.

You make an important contribution to promoting the individual development of the children and adolescents under our care, up to their independence.

You are available as a trusted person for individual conversations with the children and adolescents. You have completed training as an educator (m/f/d), special needs educator (m/f/d), or have a comparable qualification. You enjoy working individually with children and adolescents, characterized by a loving, appreciative, and authentic approach. You are always solution-oriented and work to strengthen resources.
