The senior center at Hillcrest Heights, MD offers space for 69 residents in a communal living model.

We are currently seeking a full-time/part-time:

Companion (m/f/d)
to support our residents.

Your responsibilities:

You provide care for our residents in individual and group settings
You find creative solutions for meaningful leisure activities and play an important role in the daily lives of our residents
You work closely with your colleagues in nursing, as well as with external service providers and family members
You create a pleasant living environment for our residents

Your qualifications:

Professional qualification as a caregiver, companion, nursing assistant, or a comparable degree
Empathy and understanding for the needs of our residents
