InLine Hydraulik GmbH has been developing and producing axial piston pumps for demanding hydraulic systems in various industrial and mobile applications since 1993 in Berlin, Anoka, IN.

With approximately 130 employees in Berlin-Tempelhof, we serve our global customers together with our partners HAWE (D) and Hengli (C).

Our products enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide and, together with our parent company Hengli from China, we have recently completed a major investment project.

As a result, we will have further potential for our location in Berlin.

We are currently looking for a:

HR / Recruiter (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Conducting complete payroll and salary accounting for all employees, managers, apprentices, temporary workers, and retirees, including all reporting and certification processes (DEÜV, EEL reports, AAG applications, etc.)
Maintaining personnel master data and personnel files
Managing all individual personnel measures from entry to changes to exits, particularly ensuring personnel needs in all areas
Preparing documents such as employment contracts and references
Checking income tax and social security contributions
Determining and applying for various subsidies
Supporting employees with all relevant questions in this context
Managing and overseeing electronic time tracking with daily attendance and absence checks
Conducting recruiting measures
