You monitor the infrastructure components of the state authorities, track and document any disruptions that occur in our ticket system.

You handle disruptions (events and incidents) according to the valid support processes. You conduct error analyses and support the departments in resolving technical problems with connected network and system components.

You monitor and check the required service levels and data quality using our ticket system and initiate quality improvement measures.

You support our departments in rollout projects by creating changes, coordinating the necessary processes, and documenting them.

You ensure access and closure of the machine room, are responsible for password management of central systems, and data destruction (hard drives, magnetic tapes, etc.) according to BSI standards.

You are responsible for creating and updating statistics and developing concepts for the further development of the tools and ticket system used.
