For our studio in Essen-Zentrum, we are looking for a Betriebsleiter/Stellvertretender Studioleiter (m/w/d) to start immediately or by agreement.

The purpose of your role as Betriebsleiter/Stellvertretender Studioleiter is to ensure that our customer-related standards are implemented.

This includes the following tasks in addition to the well-known instructor/trainer activities:

  • Ensuring the implementation of standards within the studio
  • Staff planning
  • Employee management
  • Acting as deputy for the business manager in case of absence
  • Use of common IT systems

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training, ideally in the fitness and health industry.
  • You have sound knowledge and professional experience in the health and fitness sector.
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility, also for the work
