Your area of responsibility

Did you know that the Federal Construction Authority of Baden-Württemberg builds many different things on behalf of the federal government, but (almost) never the same? We manage low and high-rise buildings such as office buildings, barracks, workshops, THW properties, residential buildings, technical infrastructure, and much more.

For our exciting tasks, we are looking for creative and solution-oriented individuals who value innovation, good communication, and collaboration.

Your tasks

  • Organizing and carrying out small construction projects for the federal government, such as for the Bundeswehr, the Federal Network Agency, the THW, the Customs Administration, or the Federal Police
  • Independent planning, tendering, cost control, construction management, and supervision of construction projects
  • Coordination and communication with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and technical regulations and standards
  • Conducting quality control and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Managing project budgets and resources effectively
  • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures
Your profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in construction project management, preferably in the public sector
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws
