Tasks

  • Taking on project management and project control tasks for medium to complex construction projects, especially new construction measures
  • Independent project management of municipal building projects including supervision of external planning offices
  • Independent planning, tendering and construction management of municipal building projects/ assuming the role of the client
  • Preparation of feasibility studies/ consideration of alternatives for political consultation and discussion, involving different departments
  • Cost planning, control and optimization within construction projects
