About us

heartstocks is an innovative platform where users can invest in unique alternative assets. Here's how it works. First, we source and evaluate alternative assets from collections, individuals, or small and medium-sized companies. Then, we turn these assets into a stock corporation through regulatory approvals and issue shares. Next, we open an initial public offering (IPO) where investors of all kinds can purchase shares. Once the IPO is filled, investors have the opportunity to sell shares on a liquid secondary market.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive processing of accounts payable
  • Ongoing monitoring of accounts payable and resolution of open items
  • Preparation of VAT returns and participation in annual financial statements and audits
  • Processing of travel expense reports
  • Compliance with and adherence to legal regulations (VAT)
  • Management of our domestic and foreign subsidiaries
  • Maintenance and development of internal reporting
  • Coordination of closing activities and collaboration
