Team Assistant / Office Manager (m/f/d)
What you will contribute
Coordination and organization
You are responsible for planning and monitoring appointments, as well as coordinating meetings. Booking trips and planning events are also part of your tasks.
Communication
You act as a liaison between the team, other departments, and our international clients. This includes managing the telephone switchboard, answering and forwarding emails, and general correspondence. You also support in maintaining our VACUFLEX website.
Data and information management
You create statistics and evaluations and support the team in processing data sheets and price lists.
