We are currently seeking motivated caretakers (m/f/d) to oversee multiple properties on Hilton Head Island, SC on behalf of our clients.

This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities:

  • General handyman tasks, including repair work
  • Maintenance of technical equipment in the building (only allowed after training and experience)
  • Primarily responsible for cleaning common areas, building maintenance, and yard care (if applicable)
  • Other smaller tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or trade school education
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Ability to work well in a team

Position type:
Full-time, permanent


Salary:
$ $16.00 per hour


Working hours:

  • Morning shift
  • Weekend work may be required

Additional benefits:

  • 13th month salary
  • Christmas bonus
