Your tasks:


  • Candidate identification and approach, e.g. through direct sourcing, social media and networks
  • Building, expanding and maintaining candidate pools to ensure a longterm talent pipeline
  • Screening of application documents, conducting personal interviews, up to contract signing
  • Creation and design of job advertisements and innovative recruiting tools
  • Assistant function for the branch manager
  • Planning and scheduling of personnel assignments
  • Employee support and personnel management of employees at client sites

Your skills:


  • Training as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d) or alternatively completed vocational training with a commercial/technical background
  • Professional experience in recruiting
  • Experience in active sourcing
  • Experience with Xing Talent Manager / LinkedIn desirable
  • Strong service and communication orientation
  • Teamwork and negotiation skills
  • Convincing and personable appearance
  • Within your role, you act confidently, independently and solutionoriented
  • Enjoyment of working with people completes your profile
