Your tasks

  • You support your branch manager in all matters related to the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your branch team of 2040 employees
  • Not only do you optimize processes behind the scenes, but you also work handson "on the floor"
  • You take care of scheduling and inventories and represent the branch manager in their absence
  • Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept branch, and provide a successful shopping experience for our customers
Your profile

  • Professional experience in retail or a similar industry with initial leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
Your benefits

  • Aboveaverage salary of 2,85 3,626 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonus
