Your Working Environment:
At our Crown Point location, our employees manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems.

As part of our precision manufacturing, you will support the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass ceramics, and ceramics for our high-tech small series, single part, and prototype production.

Your Tasks:

Responsible for the ion beam systems, including providing technological support
Manage and supervise process modifications and optimizations
Prepare work instructions and training materials for manufacturing staff
Define maintenance schedules and oversee maintenance and repairs
Create specifications and provide support for procurement and commissioning of production facilities
Manage projects to reduce manufacturing costs in series production processes, including reducing reworking and scrap costs
Provide technological support for takeover projects from the process and product development departments
Conduct processaccompanying tests and evaluations
Work with SAP
Work independently according to cleanroom standards
Design, improve, and support the introduction of new designs within manufacturing, such as tooling and peripherals
Ensure that newly introduced machines, processes, and associated work and operating instructions comply with applicable occupational safety standards
