We are looking for a Project Manager for our department Z4 "Construction & Operations" to start as soon as possible.

We, the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut,

are a scientific institution of the federal government responsible for the testing and approval of vaccines and biomedical drugs, as well as conducting research in the field of life sciences. Our networking with national and international stakeholders makes us a competent contact for the public, science, medicine, politics, and business.

The existing property includes laboratories and animal facilities up to safety and protection level S3, as well as offices and technical areas, spread over 11 buildings and approximately m2. Currently, a complete new building for the institute is being planned in the immediate vicinity, with relocation scheduled for 2033.

The "Construction, Operations" department (approx. 35 employees) acts as a central service provider in cooperation with the state-owned company for construction and real estate in Hessen (LBIH) and carries out construction measures in the existing buildings, as well as representing the interests of PEI in the new building project. In addition, the department is responsible for building maintenance and technical operations management.
