Your responsibilities:

Team leadership for the billing areas of outpatient care, integration assistance, and youth welfare, as well as tasks in the corresponding administrative fields
Ensuring timely billing and invoicing in collaboration with the assigned billing team
Maintaining billing guidelines in accordance with current legal regulations and updating them in the billing program Vivendi
Communicating and coordinating billing-related matters with operational departments, including monitoring debtors and actively following up on outstanding balances, as well as regular reconciliations with the central finance department
Leading correspondence with insurance providers, service providers, and other partners, including verifying cost coverage
Cross-departmental administrative tasks, such as annual contract adjustments, statistical surveys and providing data to relevant interfaces, as well as preparing and participating in monthly and annual financial statements
