Required:

  • RN License: Arizona or Compact

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of current Cardiac Med Surg experience

  • REQUIRED:
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and
    INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION

  • REQUIRED:
  • No Nursys Hits

  • REQUIRED:
  • Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
