You have several years of solid professional experience as a PDL in multiple facilities. You can quickly identify what is working well on site and what needs to be optimized immediately. You have more than just a clear understanding of nursing quality - you know the latest standards very well. No one can fool you and you are able to positively motivate and find solutions for nursing professionals and unit managers.
