Your tasks:
We are looking for you to join our Group Functions team at our location in Hannover.

Your role in Housing Management includes the following tasks:

Ensuring optimal occupancy of apartments based on the requirements of HR / departments worldwide
Creating relevant documents and timely delivery of keys / documents for the move-in process to the responsible HR BP or departments
Responsible for timely handover of respective apartments
Point of contact for any problems for various stakeholders (residents, HR, maintenance service, landlords, authorities)
Inspection of apartments after move-out and, if necessary, commissioning of repairs
Coordination of appointments with cleaning company, craftsmen, and suppliers
Monitoring inventory / furnishings and timely reordering
Attesting to incurred invoices
Budget planning for the housing management cost center


Your profile:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or relevant work experience
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), Teams, and CEOS
Ideally basic knowledge of SAP
Good English skills in speaking and writing
High level of independence and responsibility
Flexibility (willingness to work in the afternoons if needed)
Communication and conflict resolution skills
Assertiveness and organizational skills
