YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Welcoming patients, assigning rooms, and verifying documents
  • Admission process: conducting admission interviews, preparing doctor's orders for inpatient stays
  • Preparing patients for surgery according to standard procedures
  • Preoperative care for patients
  • Preparing patients for discharge
  • Administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a medical practice or hospital setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • Empathy and strong social skills
