I am taking over the transfer of a bakery in South Woodstock, CT. The bread comes from a workshop but there is also an oven in case bars need to be defrosted. The pastries are frozen and baked. Soft drinks, milk, and coffee are also sold. I will have one full-time employee all year round and another person from mid-June to September part-time, and full-time in August and September.
