Your tasks:

Strengthening teams: Leading, promoting and developing the branch team, as well as actively participating in the daily operations of the branch to ensure high employee satisfaction and representation at regional events for better visibility.

Changing the future: Responsibility for the smooth running and further development of the business areas of investment, credit, current accounts, cards and retirement, as well as the implementation of our (omni-channel) sales strategies.

Your profile:
