The Innovation & Technology department is responsible for the systematic planning, control, and implementation of innovation and technology management for BWI and its service portfolio.


The CEO I&T Service Operation department bundles fundamental coordinating and enabling functions of innovation management and supports the innovation units of BWI in implementing their measures.

The Show&Tell team is responsible for the department's own events and communication measures for BWI's innovation units. This includes the conceptualization, execution, and follow-up of events, as well as media coverage for internal and external reporting.

Your tasks:


  • Daily provision of the department's event space
  • Coordination of exhibitors, participants, tradespeople, and service providers
  • Preparation and followup of events on the premises
  • Support in warehouse management (focus on Bonn)
  • Operational support in planning and dismantling of external events related to the field

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training of at least 3 years
