Shape your professional future with us We are looking for a Project Coordinator for Education and Qualification (m/f/d) in part-time (20 hours per week) for our district office in Dortmund, starting as soon as possible, on a fixed-term contract for 3 years.


Job Description:


  • Consultation for AWO institutions on training and career changes as an educator
  • Development and expansion of training and further education concepts for the field of day care centers and open allday schools, such as qualification of nonspecialists and career changers
  • Implementation of learning opportunities e.g. practical training qualifications for day care centers and open allday schools
  • Participation in committees and networking
  • Participation in the organization and implementation of conferences, trade fairs, etc.
  • Creation, further development and implementation of the training and further education program

Your qualifications:


  • Completed degree in social work or similar qualification
  • Expertise in the field of training and career changes as an educator
  • Valuable experience in networking and committee work
  • Experience in education/training and development of (digital
