I am renovating my apartment and I am very interested in a polished concrete floor, but the contractor working on my project says it would be a monumental task because the layer of cement I currently have is in poor condition and would need to be completely removed and replaced with pure concrete. He sees it as a complicated and expensive job, but since he is not specialized in this type of flooring, perhaps you have more capacity to do it economically.
