Are you our new Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Care DACH?

We are looking for you as a leader for our dynamic Customer Care department in Frechen. You jump out of bed in the morning to continuously optimize your area, motivate your team to achieve top performance, and guarantee a fantastic experience for our customers. As our Manager (m/f/d), you report directly to our Director of Sales and maintain close contact with your 3 team leaders. Together, you work towards the goal of quickly resolving our customers' inquiries via phone or email.
