Job Description:


As a
working student (m/f/d) in human resources management, you will gain practical experience in various areas of the HR department alongside your studies.

This includes primarily recruiting and personnel administration.


Of course, you are welcome and encouraged to contribute your knowledge from your studies to our team and support us with administrative tasks.

We work together on projects to optimize internal processes, where we look forward to your participation.


As you will be in regular communication with colleagues, employees, or applicants in human resources, you should have a desire for open communication.


Qualifications:

  • Ongoing or completed studies in the field of human resources management
  • You bring creativity, fresh ideas, and initiative
  • You are a team player with a passion for new tasks
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
