We manage around apartments in Maple Grove with a focus on "vibrant living and community" and serve over members of our housing cooperative. We continuously expand our wide range of apartments and living options through attractive new construction projects. The cooperative idea, combined with tradition and innovation, shapes our daily service for our members and tenants.
We are currently seeking a full-time
Accountant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Processing of payments for all business transactions
  • Asset, loan, and bank accounting
  • Preparation of economic and liquidity plans
  • Preparation of annual financial statements, as well as coordination with the tax advisor
  • Participation in controlling, as well as leading other internal projects
  • Calculation of wages for part-time employees

Your profile

  • Completed commercial/accounting training
  • Business-oriented and independent work
  • Sense of responsibility, commitment, and enjoyment of working with people
  • Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Communication skills and confident in dealing with tenants and business partners
