Your area of responsibility

  • You will be responsible for consulting, conceptualizing, and implementing virtualization infrastructures primarily using VMware technology.
  • You will be in charge of supporting, monitoring, and maintaining customers and their systems in ongoing operations.
  • As part of 2nd and 3rd level support, you will troubleshoot virtualization infrastructures.
  • You will work on the development of customer infrastructures.
  • In addition, you will also be involved in IT project management.

What you bring to the table

  • You have several years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating virtualization solutions based on VMware vSphere and its add-ons.
  • You have a good understanding of SAN storage solutions and FibreChannel networks.
  • It is advantageous if you also have basic knowledge in other areas of IT, such as backup technologies, networks, switches, firewalls, which allows you to provide comprehensive advice to customers.
  • Experience and/or certifications from VMware, DataCore, Dell, Broadcom, and PureStorage are desirable and round off your profile.
  • You have knowledge of an IT framework (ITIL v3, v4, CoBIT, etc.).
