Our care home, located in the Forest Junction area of Pattensen in the Hannover region, is a modern facility with a high number of single rooms, providing space for a total of 106 residents.

To expand our team, we are currently seeking a CARE PROFESSIONAL (M/F/D) in full-time or part-time.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your tasks will include, among others: * Nursing diagnostics * Care planning * Implementation of nursing measures * Administration of medication * Nursing documentation * Action plan/daily structure


YOUR PROFILE:

To work as a care professional, you will need a state-recognized degree as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or health and child nurse.

A positive attitude towards elderly and dependent individuals and their families, emotional and physical stability, and good teamwork skills are also required.
