Join us and become a part of it We are currently seeking a Product Developer (m/f/d) to join our R&D team at our location in Werne as soon as possible.

Your tasks As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will develop new innovative products and processes for the baking industry and the ingredient sector of the food industry.

You will scale up these products, both at our customers' modern industrial facilities and in our own production.

You will demonstrate your skills in our modern research and development center, equipped with a bakery, technical laboratory, and microbiological laboratory.

As part of a strong team, you will support new and existing customer projects, work on diverse and challenging projects, and act as a liaison to internal departments.

You will conduct experimental series, create work results, and develop recipes.

Your profile Apprenticeship as a baker or pastry chef Ideally, additional qualifications such as a degree in food technology, cereal technology, or a similar field.

Ideally, you have professional experience in the food industry, but we also welcome entry-level applicants. You have excellent technical understanding, analytical and solution-oriented thinking. You have a hands-on mentality,
