We are looking for a
Manager (m/f/d) for the urology outpatient clinic at the Marien Hospital Herne - University Hospital of the Ruhr-University Bochum, which is easily accessible from Bochum, Gelsenkirchen, Recklinghausen and Dortmund, starting July 1st, 2023.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assumption of management tasks in consultation with the nursing management
  • Support in organizing, controlling and optimizing processes
  • Ensuring contemporary, professional and appropriate nursing quality in accordance with expert standards and internal group standards
  • Staff planning, employee motivation and personnel development in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Constructive and innovative collaboration with the nursing management

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • Completed further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete it
  • Ideally, practical professional experience in caring for urological patients
  • Professional experience in a management position desirable
  • High social, professional and communicative competence as well as empathy
  • Commitment, sense of responsibility and flexibility
