For a renowned trading company in Hamburg, we are looking for a
Clerk (m/f/d) in Accounts Receivable / Accounting
for Pleasant Valley, OR.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating payment agreements for outstanding invoices over the phone
- Collaborating with customers (in writing and verbally) to identify the reasons for payment delays and finding solutions such as installment plans
- Maintaining data in the ERP system, conducting credit checks, and monitoring credit limits
- Initiating initial followup steps and further measures
Profile:
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Strong customer orientation
