Your responsibilities:

You are the central expert for the conception, implementation, and continuous development of the group-wide ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) requirements of our company group and support management in developing the corporate culture towards more responsible awareness.

You develop short, medium, and long-term measures for the creation, improvement, and monitoring of efficient processes to comply with our obligations regarding ESG/CSR relevant topics.

You stay up-to-date and analyze ESG data to identify opportunities and risks and provide recommendations to management.

You are responsible for reporting processes for ESG standards and guidelines, including non-financial reporting under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive on our IT platform.

You create our group-wide sustainability report, including relevant corporate key figures and mandatory sustainability assessments according to CSRD.

You lead cross-company ESG projects in the areas of CSR, CO2 emission reduction, etc. on your own and in various working groups.
