Your specific tasks include:

Being the first point of contact and problem solver for our team regarding hardware and software questions, as well as a competent contact person for our users in 2nd level and VIP support on-site or via remote maintenance
Conducting error analyses and initiating appropriate measures
Monitoring and supporting IT systems in the Microsoft client environment
Accompanying IT projects such as software and client hardware rollouts, as well as migration scenarios
Creating documentation and instructions as support for end users, as well as conducting basic training sessions
Close collaboration and coordination with IT colleagues throughout Germany
