Responsibilities:

Operating / programming / setting up Siemens 840D control system
Making changes to molds or pattern sets according to PE or PL specifications
Working independently based on drawings
Turning individual parts
Operating forklifts and pallet trucks
Performing work according to applicable quality regulations
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety regulations
Monitoring and improving production processes

Qualifications:

Successfully completed apprenticeship as a machinist or equivalent qualification in a metalworking profession
Experience operating conventional and CNC lathes / for example, Index or Weiler
Experience in programming Siemens control systems / Shop Turn desirable
