Your responsibilities: * Collaboration in the group-wide consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Analysis of the reporting of group companies, commenting on results, developing conclusions, and (if necessary) creating and monitoring action plans * Collaboration in the continuous development of reports, tools, and processes, as well as providing training to financial managers of group companies * Preparation of ad-hoc analyses * Support in coordinating and conducting the group-wide strategy and budget process * Evaluation of investment requests and support in the CAPEX process * Support in coordinating and conducting audits in group companies and reviewing compliance with group-wide reporting standards and on-site compliance procedures * Assistance in the group's overall financial planning and analysis.
