THE POSITION:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- This Project Manager 2 position handles administrative, management, and professional work for directing the implementation and management of highpriority, highprofile Commonwealth enterprisewide information technology projects. This key role within the Enterprise Technology Service Office (ETSO) is responsible for managing Office of Administration, Office of Information Technology (OA/OIT) sponsored projects of strategic importance. Such projects require coordination with multiple organizations involving stakeholders from OA/OIT, Delivery Centers, agencies, and the business partner/vendor community.
- The incumbent will interface regularly with the other Commonwealth positions such as, but not limited to, Delivery Center and agency Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), IT managers, project and portfolio managers, IT Governance and affiliated subcommittees as required. This position may report status and recommendations to the CTO, ETSO Executive Team, and other senior leadership. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday
- Friday, with 60minute lunch.
Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY:
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Business Analyst 4;
or: - Two years of experience as a Project Manager 1;
or: - Four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor's degree;
or: - An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess at least four years of experience leading complex crossfunctional IT projects.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
