Your tasks:

  • Administrative tasks in the personnel department
  • Processing of time management, maintenance of personnel master data
  • Preparation of employment contracts, deadline management
  • Handling of entries and exits
  • Processing of vacation requests, medical certificates
  • Applicant management
  • Communication with authorities, offices, and health insurance companies
  • Preparation of statistics and evaluations
  • Project work

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel management
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Conscientious, thorough, and systematic way of working
  • Organizational skills
