• You will be responsible for planning IT processes and defining requirements for IT systems within a project
• You will independently develop and provide training materials
• You will support the implementation and migration of systems
• You will conduct error analysis and troubleshooting processes
• You will be responsible for optimizing and conceptually developing your own area of responsibility

• You have successfully completed a degree or further education
• You have experience in the field of merchandise and transportation management systems
• You have knowledge of SQL databases
• You have a high affinity for systems and processes and strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• You have strong project management skills
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to assert yourself and negotiate
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing complete your profile
