- Perform essential service truck driving tasks following USS and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
- Execute all job duties safely in adherence to USS and DOT safety regulations to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Carry out tasks such as sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Additionally, engage in lifting/pushing loads ranging from 50 to 150 lbs. frequently during shifts.
- Follow the USS 8 point service standard while servicing portable toilets.
- Interact with customers on-site to ensure services meet their expectations.
- Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate customer requirements, even if it means adjusting or changing routes.
- Offer input on routing to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator for optimal efficiency and to provide customers with top-notch service.
- Strategically plan to fulfill customer needs by discussing their requirements for portable toilets, ensuring both current and future needs are met.
