Description

Valera Security is responsible for the strategic security of the Schwarz Group companies in the Heilbronn/Neckarsulm region. They continuously assess the current threat situation and ensure a consistent level of security to protect the people, buildings, assets, and information of the Schwarz Group companies.

Your Responsibilities

Safety is your top priority: You take responsibility for the ongoing operation of our security control center and ensure the required level of quality
You are responsible for coordinating tasks, documentation, and operational services
You plan the training and development of your assigned employees, contributing to the growth and motivation of your team
You actively support your team in their tasks and serve as the technical contact for all security control center matters
You assist the company security in service provider and deployment planning
You play a crucial role in emergency and crisis management

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in the field of operational security and ideally have completed specialized training
You have successfully passed the exam to become a Certified Protection and Security Officer (GSSK), a specialist for protection and security, or have a higher qualification in the field of security/protection
You have an interest in future-oriented and innovative technologies such as drone technology, computer vision, and other AI
