    Our products are designed to be the fastest installing and most cost-effective in the industry. We are looking for an experienced HSE Global Manager to join our team. This is an exciting, challenging, and fast-paced position with a bonus upside for highly exceptional performance. The candidate must be self-motivated, independent, and able to handle multiple priorities. This is an office-based position with minimal travel required.
    (HSE) Global Manager Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

    Create and promote engagement for HSE field and facility site specific programs and Safety Leadership Teams (SLT) aligning with Client requirements as well as Federal, State/Provincial, and local regulations.

    Work with field and facility leadership to define and clarify HSE regulations, applicable standards, expectations, and GCS Objectives/Goals.
    Monitor, control, and report HSE performance through documented auditing. Promote HSE assessments by GCS site leadership.
    Assist in coordinating HSE/SLT meetings with field leadership and field employees when needed. Precompile and communicate HSE agenda topics. Ensure documentation of attendance, issues, target ownership and completion timeline.
    Promote utilization of GCS Action Tracking tool.
    Lead and train leadership Incident investigations utilizing root cause problem solving.
    Assist with the integration of HSE management systems to provide a seamless continuous improvement culture and processes.
    Assist in creating a Best-in-Class HSE culture using behavioral HSE methods to motivate and influence leadership and employees.
    Build and maintain relationship with Senior Leadership and Managers. Promote HSE support and engagement from leadership. Recognize leaders who support safety initiatives. Document and trend leadership HSE engagement and non-engagement to promote HSE improvement.
    Coordinate job start up (new project/office/facility/warehouse) HSE assessments meetings with field/facility/warehouse Management.
    Support collection and trending of all audit/inspection findings for communication and closure of corrective actions.
    Participate and lead special projects and best in class HSE initiatives to support strategic priorities.

    Leverage and prepare reports and analytics that easily identify opportunities for workforce optimization and transformation, and respective cost impacts that allow leaders to make informed decisions.

    Develop HSE presentations, with analytics, and insightful commentary for senior leaders.
    Promote, support, and proactively review Job Safety (Hazard) Analysis reports, required safety permits and safety plans when possible.

    Create, review, update, and provide feedback for new and current training material (including online training), 3rd party training and training tools (Cornerstone) as needed.

    Perform or coordinate training as needed from qualified and certified training providers.
    Perform periodic audits on 3rd party HSE training classes and provide feedback for continual improvement.

    Complete and communicate weekly field and monthly office toolbox talks which target incident communication and prevention, best known methods (BKM), recognitions and required trainings.

    Communicate product recalls and assist in insuring recalled products are removed from service.
    Review and maintain Ergonomic self-assessments. Set up 3rd party assessments as needed.\
    Obtain and maintain train the HSE trainer certifications and HSE designations. Promote HSE certifications and designations for leadership.
    (HSE) Global Manager Required Skills & Experience:
    Minimum 5+ years' experience in HSE/EHS Management
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    Applicable Safety designations and trainer certifications (OSHA 500, CHST, CSP, Etc.)
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent leadership, problem solving, team development, and critical thinking skills.
    High level of work integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting commitments
    High sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and prioritize to meet required deadlines.
    EHS/HSE database management/administrative experience such as Benchmark, AIC, HSI, Velocity, etc.
    EHS/HSE Compliance/Supply chain database management/administrative experience such as Avetta, ISN, High wire, etc.
    Strong software skills such as Microsoft Office and Oracle

    Salary:
    $100k - $130k (Competitive salary based on experience plus bonus opportunities)
