We are currently seeking a
Research Associate (m/f/d) System Change Compass for the Culture and Creative Industries to join our dedicated team at the Magdeburg campus in the research project LandStark as soon as possible.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) and is initially limited until February 28, 2026.

Depending on the relevant collective bargaining requirements, we offer remuneration up to pay grade 13 TV-L for these responsible tasks.

The Department of Economics, in collaboration with the University of Wismar and other regional partners, is developing a "System Change Compass" that identifies the potentials and opportunities for the culture and creative industries (CCI) in rural areas in relation to social-ecological and intersectoral change.

This involves conducting studies, developing an innovative web platform, and evaluating it in communication with users.
