As a Berlin-based boutique personnel consultancy, we are looking for the perfect candidate on behalf of our client, a company in the lifestyle industry in Berlin, for the position of Finance Business Partner (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for finance tasks
  • Acting as a sparring partner for the CFO
  • Participation in monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
  • Budget planning and cash flow analysis
  • Management reporting
  • Rolling forecasts, actual vs. target comparisons, variance analysis
  • Project management for finance projects
  • Further development of finance processes

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education or degree in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, particularly in (financial) controlling
  • General understanding of business processes
  • Process and solutionoriented work style with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Independent work style
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
