Telephone customer advice and support, from price calculation and quotation creation to order processing and invoicing Reliable tour planning and monitoring of processes Quality and cost control as well as complaint management if necessary Your profile:
Commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics or wholesale and foreign trade as well as relevant professional experience in dispatching Enjoyment of communication with customers and business partners - whether on the phone, in person or by email Secure handling of MS Office combined with good oral and written expression (German)
